âž¼This was definitely NOT the way i saw the plot going when i was reading the first book of this series and its safe to say that I WAS DUCKING MIND BLOWN!
âž¼Lauren's writing style has improved a lot since Powerless, (she has always been amazing at it, but especially on this one!)

After finishing this� i don't know how i will be able to go and reread the series again� it will definitely not, ever, be the same. Like� everything makes so much sense now but at the same time: WHAT THE **-??! It's seriously concerning if i will handle it well or not the next reread�

�Paedyn really surpassed what i was expecting to happen but damn her, that attitude as Queen WAS SO GOOD ON HER! LIKE MA'AM? MOTHER'S COOKING! I swear i was gasping, kicking my feet, and shocked at the same time when she was speaking like the queen she indeed has been since the very start (and this hitts different when finding out one specific, ✨interesting� fact abt her)

�Kitt really was something in this book and the way i changed my mind about his was jaw dropping.

Now to all Kitt haters that continue hating him even after reading fearless, this is for you:

Kitt grew up without actually knowing the feeling of love until he created that bound with his brother, never learned how to love and keep it, how to react towards it, all he knew was obsession because that's all he learned from Edric.

This showed him that the only thing that Kitt could possess who was Kai, his own brother who saw him and loved him for what he was, he wanted it for himself just like Edric wanted power for himself.

�Kai only had Kitt too in the beginning, before Peadyn showed him a side of the world, love, he refused to see. Now if only Kitt had found a person other than Kai to understand how easily love can be found.

�Mak. Im just thinking how much it hurted me to realize that he refused to find someone else to live with because his heart belongs to Adena, because there is no one that replaces the warmth she planted in him. It was a depressing life that lead him to this moment. Im not sad that he got to be with Adena, they are my favorite stars now, but the fact that he was willing to give up his power, his everything, his body and dignity in front of the people he hated the most just so he could be reunited with the one person that life took away from him.

Pae and Mak both felt broken beyond words from Adenas death, but Pae had Kai, Lenny etc, whereas Mak was all alone� Without parents, cousin, or lover to cling to.

(Gotta say i think i cried the most here.)

âž½The fact that Pae was never loved by neither the king that was supposed to have been her father nor the biological father she had... But only Adam Grey...her foster parent... The only one who knew she was not his and yet... Loved her so dearly as if she was. We have Kai and Kitt... Two brothers who loved each other till the very end, found comfort and peace in each other's presence, and yet, they ended up not being biologically related. This shows that it doesn't matter if you have the same blood flowing in your body or not... Some people will love you as if you were part of their family and soul no matter what. Friends. Family. Brothers or Sisters.

The series ended but this is not a goodbye, it's just a good way of saying bye until me meet again
