Resilience on Canvas by Logan Sage Adams
"Logan Sage Adams really tapped into something with this book. Not only did they choose one of the most evocative settings I can imagine, they also managed to pair it with deep, complex characters, and a romance that has you rooting for these guys like you've never rooted for anyone before.

The Great Depression is in full swing and Robert Davis also has to put up with his farm (and the whole state) turning into a barren wasteland, where basic survival is harder every day. And, to top it all off, goddamned Henry Sherwood refuses to marry his sister and won't tell him why.

Robert and Henry's story is more timely than ever now, as for more and more of us, life starts to look a lot like it was during the Great Depression. It's becoming a scary world out there, and that's exactly why the message of this book hits even better.

There's everything you need for a swoony romance: running away from devastating dust storms, fighting for survival, and a love that's forbidden but impossible to suppress.

Thank you to Logan Sage Adams for letting me read this book extra early."

Veiled in Argent by Jonathan Hawker
"Veiled in Argent is an absolutely incredible sequel to Awakening in Sapphire. Morgan and Aaron are back, and their story continues to be as engrossing, swoony, fun, and surprising as ever. When I first started this series, I wasn't sure what I would be getting into. While I had been aware of Arthurian Legend for a long while, mostly through cultural osmosis, I wouldn't say that I had been particularly knowledgeable about the specifics when I first picked up Sapphire. And *still* Hawker was able to weave a story so interesting and so compelling that I was able to get lost in it every single time I picked it up. So OF COURSE I had to read the second book in the series too. Honestly, Morgan and Aaron are some of the best MCs I've ever read, and Hawker's storytelling is nothing short of masterful. If you pick up the Once and Forever Kings series, you will find a story with a wonderful romance, hilarious banter, fully fleshed-out side characters, and incredible twists. Veiled in Argent is the perfect continuation of Morgan and Aaron's enchanting and magical love story, and I cannot wait for more. "

Pieces of Home by Becca Neil
"Wow! Pieces of Home is one of those rare books that doesn’t just tell a story, it lives in your chest long after you turn the last page. It's devastating, gentle, and healing in equal measure. Rye and Jake’s journey is a deeply emotional, painfully beautiful slow burn, one that honors trauma, recovery, and the power of love.

Both men carry heavy scars, Rye from the unimaginable, and Jake from his own trauma and chronic pain, but together, they start to rebuild something that feels a lot like hope.

This isn’t a book of steamy scenes or grand romantic declarations. It’s soft touches, whispered consent, gentle care. It's a love that grows out of trust and friendship, with every hard-won step feeling like a miracle. Becca Neil captures the jagged, looping nature of healing with astonishing care. Nothing here is rushed. Nothing is easy. And that’s exactly what makes it so powerful.

Reading this broke my heart and stitched it back together.

There were moments I trembled!

I’ll be thinking about these characters, and this quiet, fierce love, for a long, long time."
