This book had interesting stuff. But I do not think it will help with overthinking at all. "I listened as I gardened the entire spring and half that summer. It iwas not easy. I wanted to pause and reread often. A skill yet perfected. I backed up entire chapters. Repeatedly. Started the book again. It never got boring. When nearing the end I was so bonded to the book and experience I felt like I was saying goodbye to friends.
