So, my hypothesis is confirmed: reading too many books by the same author is usually a mistake. Most writers have one or two solid books in them, and after that, it’s just the same ideas playing dress-up in different outfits. (Matt Ridley is still holding strong, weirdly enough � let’s see how long that lasts.)



Nexus is my third Harari � after Sapiens (obviously) and 21 Lessons for the 21st Century. I really do admire the guy. He’s sharp, articulate, and has a knack for making big-picture stuff sound deceptively simple. But honestly? It feels like Sapiens was him at full power. The rest kind of reads like bonus content or extended commentary � smart, but not exactly fresh. ]]>
