As an author, I wanted to deliver a story where characters evolve, and I believe you find yourself more invested as each book progresses. This book, while possibly not the final installment in the series, is an endcap that I am proud of, and am happy to see where the characters have started and how they have grown to become more complex as they endure the struggles throughout these four books.
