I adore a cleverly written British whodunnit, especially with a style reminiscent of Agatha Christie. What makes this unique and fun to read is it’s meta structure. We get two mysteries in one book.

2024 flew by so fast. I reached my goal for the year by reading 125 out of 120.
I DNF’d quite a few (not counted). I read some wonderful books this year and from many new authors (or new to me). I was impressed with Alan Murrin, Kaveh Akbar, Yael van der Wouden, Catherine Newman- to name a few.
I was hoping to read more classics but only read 1- White Nights by Dostoevsky (5 stars). I was inspired by other peoples� journeys and perspectives by rea ...more
