really liked it

I started, wanting to sniff out others. Turns out, mine smells too.
Perhaps I have not treated Truth Holy enough nor Highly enough.
(Though that sentence probably doesn't pass any sniff tests either.)

On the other hand, forgetting Frankfurt quotes Wittgenstein can be easily fixed (if there even is something to be fixed, as I had never marked this book read for having skimmed the essay in days before). For example, by quoting Frankfurst quoting Wittg I started, wanting to sniff out others. Turns out, mine smells too.

(It is this quotation that made me realize a lot of my utterences are excrements, more than they are possible to become holy doctrine or true or untrue dogma or anything that has any bearing on truth directly rather than grasping at it by saying random things and seeing if any of it can be made sensical after)

(A return to poetic language to distinguish it more clearly from when I'm being prosaic, might help distinguish between conceps - with truth values - and instructions - like poetry- help us with all the other nonsense.
Source for dichotomy between concept and instruction: Joseph Goldstein on "What arises(by itself), passes (by itself)" and adds "Thus there is nothing to want [in meditation]". Concepts might have one truth value in essence, but another use value as instructions for the mindful and practicing one how experiences more than mere concepts. Ergo take heed that you don't pre-occupy your mind with only truth statements with hidden anger or other emotions. And when thinking to offer people statements that have true values and thus some use, perhaps check if you didn't just write the least coherent review of something you wanted to reject all along. And if that isn't an option, just clearly write everything in between brackets as a disclaimer that it's just a thought and not the main view to re-iterate.) ...more
