This book has real life experiences about parenting and gives realistic ways to manage our responses to our kids. The author has different parents speak about their experiences and use her suggestions to help through their struggles.

Great book with some useful techniques for parents.

-Silly ways to expose behavior you want/don't want
-Trust that the behavior you corrected will sink in and leave the moment alone.
-Remove these words from your communication with your child: Drama queen, Dramatic, Overly sensitive, Ridiculous, Hysterical, and Disproportionate
