first book of 2024 done!

i did a combination of audio and eyeball reading for this one. unfortunately, i didn’t like it as much as i hoped i would! i didn’t feel connected to any of the characters, and i found myself skimming through at some points. however, i enjoyed the author’s writing style and the dual timeline!

not the right book for me, but i completely understand why people love it! 🩵
