This book roared out of the gate. I kept checking the bottom corner of my Kindle to see how much Misbalance was left because I dreaded reaching the end. It is a page-turner, and you hate reaching the last page.

The unfolding story is complex but blossomed with ease. There are many characters, but Peterson’s multi-layered characters of shifters, telepaths, and aliens as they go to war between the Phionites and Cosmonians were peeled back to reveal

This story is a breath of fresh air in beautiful historical romance. The author’s thorough research into Welsh history is evident on every page, enriching the story without disrupting the flow. The descriptive writing captures the surroundings and characters richly, making Welsh culture come alive.
