One can quickly read Jack Shitama’s short book _Everypne Loves A Non-Anxious Presence_ for a clear, helpful introduction to the many related concepts of “non-anxious presence� to help in all the areas of life that include interpersonal relationship (work, family, organization, club, etc.) One can also take the time to pause and use each chapter’s reflection questions to internalize the concepts shared. Friedman applies Family Systems Theory to leadership, focusing particular on the adventurous spirit that characterized the great adventurers of Age of Discovery (Columbus, Magellan, etc).
