My husband read this first, then handed it off to me. Rawwwr! In my now maturing psyche, I know one thing for sure: wedding anniversaries deserve all the congratulations, as they can be quite difficult to achieve. This book explained so much of myself to me, and put into expert words the things I’ve felt, striven for, and found satisfaction in. So validating! I traditionally abhor the self help category, but to my mind, this qualifies as required
