really liked it
Really great book! I wish there was a more modern update however. I enjoyed how this didn't just cover history but really covered bureaucracy. I've found it hard to find out a lot of info about modern tribal politics (from where this book left off) and I'm going to keep reading as many books about indigenous history as I can. I'm not shocked I never learned a SINGLE BIT of this in US history or any history class in school and it's shameful. This

Really enjoyed this book and am thankful Ru read the book themselves for the audio version. I wish there was more about their current life. It feels like there could be a part 2.
