I don't stress about it too much. We all know it is bound to happen and so one should be ready to write whenever the block clears. For e.g. I have written most of the book while I was traveling, on my windows phone because that is when the ideas would mostly flow in my head. I could hardly write by sitting in one place. So when the writer's block happens just don't worry and start doing something else but when the block clears, which could basically happen at any time you should be ready to write.
