I'm going to change this question to... How did I get inspired to write?
Reading. I was never a reader and when I say never- I mean never. I was such a movie girl. My sister-in-law insisted I read Fifty Shades of Grey. When I tell you she insisted- I mean it! So, one day I was bored and picked up the books she left on my coffee table and started skimming the first few pages. Nine days later I finished all three books. I couldn't put it down. I needed to know what happen between these two people in this fantasy world. It was the feelings I got from the characters that captured me and wouldn't let go. It was getting to know them and feel for them and follow them through their journey. From that I read Driven by K. Bromberg and then This Man by Jodi Ellen Malpas and I was hooked. I read like CRAZY! for a year and a half and then finally said "I'm going to write a book!" I've always had some kind of story floating around in my head. So to be able to bring them to life and do something I love is... priceless.

Well, that just popped into my head. I knew I wanted to write a love story between two people that had major ups and downs in their lives together, but also show that you can stick it out through thick and thin. I originally had the heroine with someone else and the hero she wound up with would not stop knocking me upside the head. lol. Just goes to shows you his determination for his girl! lol

Music- plain and simple. From the time I wake in the morning till I go to bed at night, music is playing. I think best when I'm in my car all alone and have my music on as well. I quick run to the grocery store can change everything! There is a lot of music in Breathe With Me and that comes from my love for music. Music can heal, inspire, and soothe. It only takes one song.

Freedom! I get to write about what I want. I get to use my imagination and bring people to life that don't exist. I get to give you their drama, their sorrow, their happiness and when you finish reading a good book you should feel like you just lived in their world.

Just write. Every day you will get better and better. My writing started in February of 2016. I started Caelan and Sofia's story then and it was a journey for all three of us. I had no clue what I was doing when I started, but I sat down and just started writing. I finished their book (Breathe With Me) in 5 months. I gave it to about 16 women to read/review to get some feedback while I was writing the second book. The feed back from the women spurred me on to say the least. They raved about it and wanted more. I now have all them same women who have read book two~ (Breathing Together) hunting me down for book three.

The third book in the Heart Series. Caelan and Sofia's journey will come to and end in this book, but will still be around hanging with the "Elite Eight" in the future.
