(view spoiler)[Hi. I enjoyed your story in Cold Cases And Haunted Places.
Being a stickler for details, I wanted to indicate that 1) Calico cats are 99% female (so the familiar that was a Calico cat was unlikely to be male, but was referred to as "he" in the story) AND 2) Volkswagen Beetles back in 1971 would have had the trunk in the front of the car and the engine in the back of the car with respect to the bloodstain? Thank you for this, Debra! My calico cat character is one of those rare males. I think that is one of the things that makes him so special:) And thanks for sharing this tip about the 1971 Beetle! I appreciate the help.

Hi, Sherri! Thank you for asking. I would love to write from the perspective of each coven member, eventually. I've been daydreaming about this, so glad you asked! I think it would be fun to show Cora's life with her hubby's pack, and Azure adjusting to life in the Earth Realm. Which coven member would you be most interested in reading about?

The author sat down to write, but she found that she could not. She had writers block!

Penny's parents names are Ellen Banks and J.T. Blackman. I did add some closure to book #9... in terms of Lucy and Helen. I don't wan t to give too much away;) Thanks for the questions!

Hi Crystal! Book 10 is coming along well... I just finished the epilogue which really wrapped up some loose ends. Yay! I'm really excited to share this one with you. It will focus on Cora, Silas, and their werewolf pack.... customs/traditions, and all that fun stuff! I hope you will enjoy learning more about the pack's lifestyle! It has been SO fun to write about:)

Hi Rhyanna! Thanks for asking! "The Case of the Air Spell: A Hillcrest Witch Mystery (Book #9) will be published on Amazon on 7/26. I also plan on releasing a boxset of books 6-9 on 8/26! I hope you enjoy the series as you read them... Penny learns a ton and grows up quite a bit while she's at it!

I love this question! Now when I read Penny's name I'll think "Piggy Banks", too! Haha. I wanted a simple, fun name for her. When I think of a Penny I think of a happy person with a bounce in their step, and a bright outlook. Maybe it has something to do with shiny pennies, or good luck? I'm not sure what the association is, but it sounds bright and cheery. It seems to fit her!

Hey Rhyanna! Thanks for this question:) Yes, more books about Penny and her witchy friends are on the way... I have 13 books planned for this series. I am so happy that you enjoyed "The Case of the Water Spell"!

Yes! A website would be a really fun way to connect. I'd like to have one to post illustrations on. I'll let you know if I get one going:)

I love this question! I have not done preorder for my books yet. This is also on my radar for the future. My reason for not doing it so far is that I love the feedback from ARC readers so much that I always end up tweaking the story a little bit as the feedback comes in.
I am hesitant to go the preorder route because then I can't change the manuscript in the days immediately before the launch, and sometimes that is when the best feedback from ARC readers rolls in! If you or other readers have advice in this regard I would love to hear it.

HI Crystal! I do not have a website yet. Maybe in the future I will! I think it would be a fun way to connect and share.

Hi Richard! Thank you. Sending my NL and talking with readers is a highlight of my day so I'm really happy you enjoy it:) I will be adding "The Case of the Trust Spell" to Å·±¦ÓéÀÖ. I plan on doing that today (1-14-2019), because I'm also sending out ARCs today! Sometimes readers will finish the book within a few hours so I want to be ready....

I write through it! Sometimes those pages/scenes will get put into a document called "cut scenes" at a later point. Even if the scenes won't be used, it's important to keep the flow going and not to get stagnant.

Write every day! No matter what. Follow Julia Cameron's advice and write three morning pages in a creativity journal. Then work on whatever story you want to. No matter what, get words onto the page.

The idea for "The Case of the Desire Spell" came because I knew that my character Penny Banks had to figure out what she really wanted. She's twenty-seven and life can be pretty confusing around then! I thought about her character and how she needed to grow as a person and as a witch.
