Alan Goetz is an author who experienced many of the challenges that occur in life: the confusion of parenthood, health issues, financial difficulties, fear of an unknown future, unfulfilling career choices, overwork, perpetual stress and the sense of hopelessness that accompanies these situations.

Over the years, Alan came to realize that life does not have to be as hard as we make it and many of our difficulties are created by the choices we make. But it鈥檚 not all bad.
