My suggestion is to follow what Robbins says in his book. When he says "now take a pen and write down all your dreams for 5 minutes," gather paper and pen, set a timer on your smartphone or smartwatch, bookmark the page, and do!

There are many moments in this book where Robbins asks readers to do just that! (less)
