Has anyone gifted this book and changed a friend or relative into a vegetarian/vegan?

Marco My girlfriend gifted this to me and I then became a vegetarian. She's of Indian decent and has been vegetarian since birth. The book gives you a pretty clear look into the gruesomeness of the meat industry. After I read this, I watched the video "Meet Your Meat" and that sealed the deal for me.(less)

As a devoted carnivore, will this book ultimately piss me off or nah?

Deepak Supra most devoted carnivores don't really have the guts to read books like this. if you should read it, it would either piss you off and you wouldn't be abâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðmost devoted carnivores don't really have the guts to read books like this. if you should read it, it would either piss you off and you wouldn't be able to finish it, or it would cause you to make changes you hadn't before even considered.(less)

Does it cover nutrition part of vegetarian and non vegetarian diet or just emotional part ?

Maegan He goes over a lot of the reasons people eat animals...and for him most of it is emotional. He does consider some people don't have a choice to give uâ€¦m´Ç°ù±ðHe goes over a lot of the reasons people eat animals...and for him most of it is emotional. He does consider some people don't have a choice to give up animal products for various reasons (like nutrition)...but this isn't an instructional. Its a sort of moral/ethical conversation.(less)
