Juneau Wilde is the youngest child of the illustrious Wilde family. Despite her omega designation, she is an adventurous troublemaker that spends her days driving her widowed mother crazy. Juneau constantly bucks against the constraints of society, wanting to live the kind of life that the heroines in her favorite novels live.
One night, at a Gala meant to decide her future pack, she touches a mirror and is transported through time, only leaving behind one glittering, gold shoe.
Boston, 2022.
Juneau lands in the middle of a bar owned by Pack Steele, a group of former MC members. It’s there that she meets alphas Rex, Doc, Bat, Storm, and their omega, Podcast. Juneau is immediately charmed by the modern world and by the sweet and surly pack that vows to protect her until they can figure out how to send her back to her own time.
Unfortunately, the pack’s former MC is out for revenge, still angry about the pack’s abandonment of the club. This puts Juneau right in their crosshairs. In the end, Juneau must decide if her heart belongs in the past with her family, or in the future with Pack Steele.
This book is rated at 18+ for sexual and other adult situations. This is a contemporary OV with a PNR twist that features an MFMMMM group and contains both MF & MM situations.
I am so frustrated with myself that i didn't start this book the second I received it. Why did I wait? Because it starts out in 1915, and I'm just not a fan of historical anything - it doesn't matter, the past is the past, and I don't want to read it! But, I am a fan of Calliope Stewart, and I can't believe there was ever the slightest doubt that I wasn't going to be into this story! I read it in one day, couldn't put it down, ignored family, needed to know what was going to happen next the entire time, and my heart was always in a twist. Twisting with the happy, giggly, excited nerves and then also the anxious worries of panic nerves.
As mentioned, the story starts out in 1915 with a young omega, Juneau, who just doesn't seem to fit in this time period. Let me just say, if our girl didn't get time jumped into 2022, I'm sure she would be in history books. She is the type of girl who makes waves, stands for change, and faces any challenge thrown her way. Really, she does face a pretty big challenge with jumping over 100 years into the future. From the moment she gets dropped by a freaked out alpha that catches her from the mirror to fighting an enemy alpha to protect her omega, she faces every challenge with gusto. I love the attitude that Juneau presents, she isn't a cowering omega, but she isn't overly bratty either - I feel like she was a perfect balance and so well written.
Moving along. After falling out of the time traveling mirror and dropped to the ground by the alpha that catches her, Juneau discovers that she will be "stuck" in 2022 until the Summer Solstice, she has 3 months until she can return home, what she to do? The Steele Pack that she dropped into offers to keep her until then. Pack Steele comes with an adorable, sweet, mute omega and four amazing alphas. I fell instantly in love with Podcast, our mute omega, he was so sweet and so very protective over Juneau. The alphas include: Doc, Rex, Storm, and Bat. I loved all the guys as well. We were able to connect with all of them. I felt a deeper connection to Bat, mainly because he has more of a platonic relationship with the rest of the pack, but he really felt something for Juneau. So, we were able to see Juneau pull him out of his shell and show him the love he needs and deserves. He has a rough past, and Juneau is the light in his dark (literally) - and I just melt with a broken man that can be held together by the FMC. Juneau and the guys spend the next months feeling the feels. Bat and Podcast instantly know they are going to have to convince Juneau to stay. Storm and Doc want her to stay as well, but are prepared to honor her wishes. Rex, well, Rex is stubborn. I was so pleased with how well they all fit together.
The next aspect that I enjoyed with this book is that Pack Steele are ex-MC members. They are still bikers themselves, but they left their old MC for reasons that you'll have to read to find out. From the MC brings the three Beta B!tches... who cracked me up with their commentary, and I would love to join their little group. Those women had no problem scolding the boys for their initial treatment of Juneau and quickly made Juneau feel welcome with their "motherly" love.
This book sucked me in just like the mirror sucked Juneau to 2022. I couldn't put it down, and I enjoyed it so much. Do not be like me and wait... just read it.
I really like Juneau and her men. For the most part their relationships were all very sweet and even though Rex was a little antagonistic in the beginning, it doesn’t really become a big thing. I kind of wish there were more/different scenes with Juneau and the men though, as I would’ve liked to have gotten to know the men a bit more.
There was a little bit of conflict with the time travel aspect and the MC stuff, but it actually was fairly minimal. Maybe that works for others, but to me it just felt unsatisfying since not a ton happened. I’m especially disappointed with how quickly the end of the time travel piece was wrapped up—there was so much potential for added tension. Should note that this is not an MC romance, the men were formerly part of an MC but aren’t any longer.
Definitely a handful of spicy scenes, including knotting (but this is non-shifter omegaverse).
Overall it’s sweet and a really easy read, but tbh I feel like the plot deserved more.
This thing is just silly. Dropping a 1915 omega in 2022 via a clumsy wizard sounded fun, but her landing in a threatening biker war where people have already been maimed and killed (and the baddies are running prostitutes) is so much overkill.
First silly: Juneau swooning over the male omega smelling like eucalyptus, because it reminded her of the eucalyptus branches in her mother's room. Fresh eucalyptus, at least the ornamental type used with fresh flowers, stinks to high heaven. Nothing like the scent/flavoring we know today.
Second silly: The so-called modern alpha thinking she was a brat and and had an attitude the size of Texas, just because she talked back after he had been openly hostile to her.
Third silly: Juneau recognizing the three biker-ladies' clothing as denim. There's no way a pampered old money princess from 1915 knew what blue denim was.
This was such a bland omegaverse book. No spice. No chemistry. It was like a story of a group of friends who just happen to sometimes f--k. But not even a fwb story because those have some flavor. This was flavorless 😭
But it wasn't bad so I didn't hate it.
I don't know 🤷♀
I can barely remember even reading this.
Juneau was so boring. The alphas were really boring too even with all of their quirks. The romance was lacking. The plot was like a piece of tissue paper. Even the writing style had nothing to recommend it.
Though I remember this being cute? The interactions between the characters were cute. They made a cute pack. But everything was so lacking in substance and emotions that I never got invested or cared. They could have all died at the end and I wouldn't have cared. It was like Stewart didn't have the writing skills or didn't want to delve too deep into the characters or the romance so everything was surface level cute but lacking.
The POV jumping between all members of the pack where they literally repeat and continue off where the previous POV ended did not help anything. I wasn't a fan. Maybe I'm being a bish but I hated the repetitiveness.
I like time travel romances so I guess I'll keep reading this series but it is a very low priority series. As in I don't care if I read the next book or not. I would actually prefer to get the next book as an audiobook so I can just listen to it while I do my hobbies because for a time travel romance, there are no stakes here. This isn't Outlander. This is a Hallmark movie.
Juneau was ahead of her time, literally! Never really fitting in, this omega from a well-to-do family, refuses to settle for some alpha.
While at a gala, she finds herself traveling through time to land in the arms of an MC pack in the year 2022. Finding out she can’t travel back for three months is bad enough, but staying with a pack who she shouldn’t get attached to is ever harder.
I loved Juneau. She took everything in stride. It was hilarious seeing her learn about modern conveniences. She’s strong, independent, and she understood each man in the pack.
I loved the guys in Pack Steele. Podcast is easily one of my favs. He’s a sweetheart and I loved the possessive side that came out of him. Rex, Bat, Doc, and Storm are all just as swoon worthy. However, Rex needed a good kick in the rear to get with the program.
Juneau is such a unique story. I absolutely loved the time traveling aspect, especially since it gives the story a slight twist on omegaverse.
Stewart is such a breath of fresh air in the omegaverse genre and I am consistently blown away by her work.
“Juneau is not your average historical (esque) romance. As a time travel romance, our FMC, Juneau, is from the early 1900s who time travels decades into the future and falls in love with a contemporary pack.
The pack consists of four alphas (Rex, Doc, Storm, and Bat) and one omega (Podcast). While each of these men was special, the alpha I was most drawn to was Bat. I found his character to be so unique and I couldn’t get enough of him! Alphas aside, my favorite man in the pack has to be Podcast. I loved that everyone in the pack learned sign language to communicate with him and that Juneau did so without any hesitation. Side note - Juneau and Podcast have such a special bond and I’m here for it! But communication aside, Podcast has trauma that is handled so well. Stewart doesn’t shy away from creating complex characters and this only leads to her growing even stronger as an author.
If I’m being honest, I wasn’t sure if I was going to enjoy this book when I first heard of it. I don’t read historical romances and I wasn’t sure how this would resonate with me. After reading, I can confidently say that this is less historical romance and more fantasy. Go into it blind, as you’d be sure to enjoy it best without any expectations!
Despite being an insta-romance, the pacing held up REALLY well, and each character had their unique charm, making them genuinely likable. I felt this story had the potential to be expanded into a trilogy or duology, which might be why the ending left me with such a bittersweet ache. I don't think I’d have been able to handle things the way they did—it was an impossible situation, and sometimes, it just is what it is. For those curious, it ends happily for the MCs ...just not so much for her family. I'll leave it at that. Happy Reading!
**I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book** I loved book one in the Omegas Through Time Series by Calliope Stewart!! I absolutely love reading historical romances so having Juneau start in 1915 as a young Society Omega, was a lot of fun for me to read. She was definitely ahead of her time in terms of her beliefs and I loved how easily she was able to adapt to traveling forward to 2022. I loved the element of magic that was part of this book although I usually don't like PNR, it wasn't the main focus. After literally being thrown through a mirror into an Alpha's arms, Juneau learns she is now in the year 2022 and in the company of a pack of five men, four Alphas and a sweet, mute Omega. Meeting Podcast, Doc, Storm, Bat, and Rex of Pack Steele and having them show her how to survive in 2022, shows her all that is possible as an Omega in the future. She forms an immediate connection with Podcast and he teaches her sign language so they can speak to each other. As all of her connections with the pack become stronger and the new found magic she has acquired along with Rex is explored, she falls for the pack and they fall for her. As ex members of an MC, the pack has to deal with their former MC who are out to harm the pack. With help from the Beta B!tches, they must decide how to stay safe and keep Juneau with them until the Summer Solstice when she can return back to 1915 if that is what she wants. Will Juneau stay or will she go back and try to live her life knowing what the future is like? The HEA is very sweet.
4,75 stars - Juneau is delightful and I loved her so much! A sweet, fun and exciting omegaverse romance with a really intriguing time travel twist! I can't wait for more of this series, and to see more magic!
~ Why Choose/Poly ~ Time Travel (1915 to 2022) ~ Mute MMC that uses ASL ~ Two Omegas in pack !!! ~ Former MC members ~ Adventurous Debutante Omega ~ Magic !!!
This historical/time traveling romance with a paranormal twist was right up my alley!! I absolutely loved this book. Every single character was unique and vital to the pack, and the plot itself was intriguing. I can’t wait to see how it flows into the other two books in the series!
Also, I am an absolute sucker for a male omega and Podcast was an absolute sweetheart 😭 I’m already missing him.
I was lucky enough to Beta read this book and then I read the finished copy and let me tell you, this book is just amazing. It was such a good book before Calliope’s minor changes but the final product is just perfection.
I honestly cannot stop thinking about this book. I’ve already reread it a few times if that’s any indication of how much I love these characters but shhh..Podcast is my favorite.
This was such a unique book between the time traveling, the omegaverse, the drama with the ex-biker gang. There was no moment where I wasn’t completely engulfed in the story.
I loved having two omegas in the group also, it made for such a fun dynamic and I absolutely adored the relationship between Juneau & Podcast. The alphas in the group were so sexy and fun, it’s always the best moment when the reluctant member of the why choose finally gives in. The spice was spicing for sure. I was HOOKED.
I seriously cannot recommend this book enough, it was the perfect balance of sweet and spicy with magic, sword crossing, action, emotion. Juneau just has it all!
This was okay. I loved the idea and the actual storyline but the execution was just.. meh. It felt very patchy?? Or unfinished in a way. There was just many things that didn’t make any sense. Also the way Juneau talked bothered the shit out of me. Cause girly was supposed so be from the early 1900s and was talking like a regular 2000s girlypop. Idk . The men were aight. It felt a lil unbalanced tho. 3.5 stars
**Please note: I got an ARC in exchange for an honest review.**
This is a fantastic book! Usually, I don't read many time travel books. It's not that I don't like them per se, but I feel like I've read them before. I read a lot of these kinds of books when I was a teenager, although they were much tamer than the Omegaverse or RH books I read now. Time travel stories have lost their spark for me.
However, I still like to read books with an Alice in Wonderland theme or ones where someone falls into a magical world. And, of course, I like to read PNR and books with magical elements in general. Contemporary is one of my rarer reads. I only read it when there's something in it that deviates from our normal world setting, like Omegaverse. As you can easily surmise from my reviews and reading history, I've read a lot of Omegaverse books.
Calliope Stewart is one of my favorite authors in that genre, and she is the second author who has made some changes to her usual story writing. Juneau is a great book. It still has the usual sweet Omegaverse parts of Calliope Stewart's other contemporary Omegaverse books, but with hints of magic and time travel, it isn't just an ordinary story. I love that.
The characters were on point too. Juneau was ahead of her time - always adventurous, headstrong, smart, and witty. She knows what she wants and what she doesn't want. I loved how she took it in stride when she ended up in 2022 and was faced with an entirely new world - and a pack of former MC club members with a rough past.
I also fell in love with Pack Steele. My favorites were Bat and Podcast. Bat is somewhat crazy and deadly, and I loved the pigeons. It was great. And Podcast, the other Omega, who knows how to wrap the pack around his fingers and how possessive he is about Juneau.
I enjoyed how Juneau and Rex always bickered with each other, and the tension between them was palpable. Storm and his penchant for storms, Doc and how he cares for everyone in the pack - always attentive.
Calliope really brings all her characters to life, not just with their interactions, but also with their background stories and their own insecurities and hang-ups.
It was an amazing journey, and in the end, I had tears in my eyes. It was a little bittersweet with Juneau being in the future and her family in the past. Even those characters were so compelling that I wished to see more of them. It would have been funny if they had met Pack Steele.
The two epilogues kind of concluded both the past and the new future. I can't wait for the next story in line.
I discovered Omegaverse about a year ago, or so, and have been devouring every one I could find ever since. Sometimes they hit the mark, and sometimes they... don't even come close.
Juneau, though? Definitely hit that mark and sailed right on past it! I LOVED this book! It had just enough of the period-drama flare to tease at my love for classics such as Jane Eyre and Pride and Prejudice, but with a totally modern twist that, if I'm honest, I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy, but ended up thoroughly eating up! In fact, it left me craving seconds (and thirds, and fourths...)! So I'm already really excited about the next few books in this series.
The FMC's sense of humor and level-headedness was also something I really enjoyed. She had a very quick, biting wit, that would have been wasted in her original time period, but fit right in with the love interests!
I also liked how the author had a very valid reason for each character taking the FMC's time-traveling and magical abilities in stride, like one of the beaus had a practicing wiccan for a mother, another's mom had visions... and so on and so forth, which kept the story from being bogged down by unnecessary drama revolving around her ability to fall into the future, and left plenty of room for the other delicious plot points.
I'd also give the writing an A+! The author has a very tidy writing style that both flows well and also caresses the parts of the brain that require a little prose (at least, that's how my brain is). There were no jarring plot holes or an overabundance of repeated phrases, either, which is something I've seen in other books that would kick me straight out of the immersion and make my eye twitch.
Overall, a very solid edition into the Omegaverse genre, with a unique twist that makes this series a breath of fresh air for readers who want a little something more than just modernized, or even period drama, romance. If you like a mix of all of those things, with a touch of magic thrown in, this series might be for you!
The only downside to loving this book is having to wait for the next one to come out. *sob*
I've always steered clear of time travel books, because I never thought I'd enjoy them. (I don't know why, because I love historical romance, fantasy, magic, pnr - essentially all the pieces that fit together to make a time travel story.) So, knowing that, I was nervous to read this book - but I absolutely love everything Calliope Stewart and omegaverse. I'm so glad I went out of my comfort zone! This book was everything you'd want from an omegaverse. Knotting, slick, heat, nesting, and a pack of yummy MMCs for our main female character Juneau!
The night of a big society gala being thrown in her family home, Juneau is taking a break from the festivities and ends up time traveling through a mirror from 1915 to 2022 where she meets a pack of alphas Doc, Storm, Rex, and Bat and their omega Podcast. I fell in love with Podcast right away and love that while the pack taught Juneau all about modern life, she was also learning to communicate with Podcast through sign language.
The spice level in this book was perfect. I also absolutely adore that there are two omegas in this story, it's one of my favorite things to find in omegaverse why-choose.
Unexpectedly, one of the alphas (Bat) and his pigeons added just the right amount of quirk in this story. I think it was what really endeared him to me. I know this is why-choose, but man I really loved Bat through out the whole book!
Throughout the whole story you knew Juneau was going to have to say goodbye and when that part came I was definitely tearing up. It was so well written and even though I knew it was coming, it was still hard to read.
I highly recommend this to any sweeter omegaverse fans. Though there are slight peeks of darkness here and there, the group of main characters are definitely sweeter (sweet, but spicy!) and protective of one another. It's exactly what I want out of omegaverse and Calliope Stewart hasn't let me down once. Juneau was a fantastic read, please do yourself a favor and check it out asap!

On the surface, I did enjoy the plot of this story. The concept was interesting, and it was executed decently, albeit in a VERY clunky manner. I did have a few major gripes with this book though.
Number One: I have never read a published book with so many run on sentences. I’ve read other books by this author which I absolutely adored, but I don’t recall them having this many grammatical issues. Either my recall of her writing style was tinted by rose colored glasses, or this book was ghost written by someone who doesn’t understand the use of a period and the function of an editor. In my personal rating system, I will never rate a poorly written book above a two star, so even though I’d say the plot falls around a 3 star, I do have to keep this rating lower than the plot necessarily deserves.
Number Two: I did like Juneau, but girlie pop was a classic Mary Sue if I’ve ever seen one. The speed at which she, a girl from 1915, adapts to the modern world was very unrealistic. Also, as a person who has learned ASL, it’s highly unlikely that she’s having full blown, perfect comprehension conversations in ASL with Podcast after only three to four weeks of learning. And we’re not even gonna get into the oh too convenient manifestation of magic. She was a decent character, but she could have been so much more if she had some flaws or internal struggles here and there.
Number Three: There were so many inconsistent details that kept pulling me out of the story. For example, why was there a sudden hair color change for Podcast? When they first meet, his hair was blond, but when they’re in the nest together, suddenly his hair has become brown. Also, why did Dorothea suddenly become Dorothy in the epilogue? These were such easy mistakes to avoid, and it’s frustrating that they ever made it into the published version.
Juneau is a firecracker omega from 1915. At an event to find an alpha or pack to mate with and help her through her heat, she falls through a mirror and ends up in a bar with a pack of 4 alphas and one omega in 2022. She has no idea how she got there until a voice in her head tells her what happens and that she has magic. Until she can return back to 1915, she will have to live in 2022 so the pack takes her in to help her. However, as time passes by, emotions and feelings start growing between the pack and Juneau which leads her to decide whether she should stay or go back with her family in 2022.
I absolutely loved this story! It was an emotional rollercoaster because at the beginning there were trust issues and curiosity but Juneau started to leave an impact on the pack at the very beginning. Juneau is full of attitude and fight disrupting the lifestyle of this pack. However, Juneau changes this pack for the better and brings them closer. Juneau has a big heart and fights for what is right. She fought for this pack and made her statement within it. I absolutely loved the uniqueness of each character and the spiciness between them. If you want a bad@ss MC pack of alphas with an omega that takes in another omega from a different time frame, this book is for you! I am not into historical fiction but I absolutely loved this spin on it! I love Calliope Stewart and have read multiple books written by her because she is an exceptional writer!
Thank you Calliope Stewart for the opportunity to read this ARC!
Arc review Time travel and omegaverse, that alone made me excited for the book. When it comes to omegaverse, i have lately been looking for a book where there is both a female and male omega, i have really enjoyed it in books before and i really did with this one. There is something really intimate and a closeness that only two omegas can have. Ofc they are close with the rest of the pack on such a deep level but there is this understanding between omegas.❤️
Juneau a strong woman from 1915, a beautiful omega living in a time not ment for her. From a mistake made by someone in the future she travel through time and end up in 2022, where she meets a pack of four alphas and one male omega that she get to know on a deep level and have to deside as time goes if she wants to stay with them or go back to 1915 and be with her mother and brothers.
I realised fast that she belong with the guys and they were exactly what she needed.❤️❤️
I really liked all the guys in the pack but my favorites is podcast and Bat. ❤️
Magic and time travel made this omegaverse really unique, i havent read one like this yet and that made it so good. This book gave us strong and loving alphas and male omega but also a strong and badass female omega that can show she is scared but fight with everything she got to protect the pack she found.
I live for books with good HEA and this one got it. It also got some pregnancy at the end, i was sad i didnt get to see their reacton to her getting pregnant but the scene we got at the end was a perfect ending to this book❤️

First, I love the cover of this book. I am definitely of the kind that judges a book by its cover and this one is just lovely to me. Everything about it is enticing, which is good because it draws you in to this book. And let me tell you, this book is a journey that you want to read.
From 1915 to 2022, this story takes you along with Juneau, a sheltered omega who seems born in the wrong time who gets transported to the year 2022. She is headstrong and progessive, just looking for a pack that speaks to her soul. When she's acidentally transported to the future she seems to find her pack in Pack Steele, a pack made up of 4 alphas and 1 omega. But she's torn between the future with a pack who's got danger nipping at their heels and the past, where her family is alive and well.
This story is a delight. It's told from multiple POVs and has heartbreak and love, magic and grappling with what the heart wants versus what the heart needs. Each member of the pack has a great personality, which in why-choose/reverse harems can sometimes be lost. They are each distinct and unique, and flawed but wonderful.
The magical aspect was fun and I really wasn't expecting what came to be. It added a touch of zing that made the story even more interesting. I also really liked the diversity included in the story. If you like why-choose, feisty omegas, sweet grumpy crazy alphas, and magic then this story is for you.
**Tropes** - time travel - Strong fmc - two omegas - fated mates - magic
📖 **My Thoughts**
When I tell you this is one of the best omegaverse novels I’ve ever read…this is literally my favourite genre so frankly I think I am more than qualified to tell you the best of the best and THIS. IS. IT. Everything about this had me hooked. It was the perfect amount of world building, plot, character development, everything you want it a good omegaverse story. This series concept is one of the most original concepts I’ve come across. It is amazingly plotted and written. I absolutely loved every single character and I found myself immersed in this world and by 52% in I was conflicted and gutted at the fact that the book did not feel long enough. Even as I write this review, I have already ordered my physical copy and I cannot wait to reread this novel. I cannot wait to dive into the next story in this series.
⚠️ **Triggers**
Murder, assault, violence, trauma
🏳️č**ԳٲپDz** This is a why choose/polyamorous story with MM!
🌶 **Spice**
The spice was perfect for the type of story we are given. It wasn’t too much but it was steamy enough to get the temperature rising.
📝 **Special Notes**
As a certified omegaverse expert, I truly think this is top tier.
A TIME PERIOD TRANSPORTING TIME OMEGAVERSE BOOK? SAY LESS!
This book follows Jeneau starting in 1915 and let me tell this girl would have made waves if she was stuck there for any longer than she was but, she gets transported to 2022 and that's where we take off!
This girl knows how to roll with punches and she has a personality to go with it. I really loved that there were two omegas in this book as that is one of my favorite troupes. Well anyways, Jeaneau finds out she's in 2022 for at least a few months until she can end up going home but, what happens when the pack she literally falls for and catches her says she can stay with them till then?
Oh! Do not get me started on the fact that this PACK is ex-mc men. You heard me right, not only two omegas, a transporting time period storyline but also the men are Ex- Motorcycle Club members. So yes lots going on but, everything fits in smoothly, especially the men and Jeneau. We have four alphas and two omegas (Jeneau and Podcast) though no betas this book does not make it feel overwhelming with any so-called “alpha ju-ju juice if ya know what I mean.
Overall, I really liked this book and the uniqueness of this plot that I have not seen before. As also look at content warnings and trigger warnings before you read but, if you like omegaverse, lovely pack members, spice, time travel, and magic - this might be for you!

What an absolutely sweet omegaverse romance! You can't go wrong with a Calliope Stewart book, and omg, this was freaking fantastic!!
Juneau Wilde is a privileged omega in 1915. She's ahead of her time in terms of omega and worker's rights. While attending her family's gala, she's suddenly transported to 2022. She lands smack into the arms of Rex. He's an alpha with a pack consisting of fellow alphas Doc, Storm, Bat, and their omega Podcast. They run a bar and offer Juneau a place to stay until she can be returned to her time. Juneau must quickly learn the new time she's in as well as face danger in the form of an MC seeking to wipe out the pack that's taken her in.
I was blown away by this story! I'm telling you it hooks you from the very first page until the last. Bat has got to be my favorite alpha of the bunch, but that's cause he loves sneaking up on people and the pigeons he has. He has entire conversations with them, and I do the same with my dogs. Podcast was adorable with Juneau. As omegas, they should clash, but they don't, and their scenes together were 🥵. I'm kind of hoping we get an extended epilogue. Maybe where both omegas experience heat at the same time. Plus, it being more time down the road to see how they've settled down more. Overall, I loved the story, and I'll be rereading it.
I am so excited for everyone to read this book when it comes out!
Juneau is a strong-willed and forward-thinking omega in high society Boston in 1915 who feels like she’s being forced to choose a pack that will just stifle her when she finds herself thrown through a mirror straight into the arms of an alpha in 2022. Forced to live in a future with a pack that is becoming increasingly appealing, will she find a way home or choose to stay where she feels like she was always meant to be?
I LOVED this book! I love Calliope’s fun, fresh stories and plots that keep you locked in. I was immediately obsessed with Pack Steele. Doc, Rex, Storm, Bat, and Podcast are everything. I loved how different they all were. Sometimes in why choose books, some of the personalities can bleed together, but I felt like each character was so well defined and unique. I hate picking favorites, but it was 100% Bat. I love him and all his pigeons (and I HATE birds).
If you like omegaverse, why choose, MCs, unique personalities, magic, and time travel, then this is literally the perfect book for you! I don’t want to give anything away, but I think you should read this when it drops tomorrow!
A huge thank you to Calliope Stewart for the ARC copy and getting a peak into Juneau’s world 💗
An omegaverse unlike any other that I have read and I loved it. I haven't encountered many time travel romances, especially travelling into the future but I was instantly drawn to the story as it featured fav tropes of mine, the omegaverse with the added bonus of magic and an MC club.
Juneau doesn't quite fit in in her time, 1915, she wants more for herself and her fellow omegas and when she is encouraged to find a pack or an Alpha, her heart isn't in it. Nobody feels or smells right and then she finds herself literally falling into the right pack, pack Steele. We meet Rex, Doc, Storm, Bat and male omega Podcast. Each with their own hardships and past, with their unique quirks or personality. The pack finds themselves drawn to Juneau just as she is to them. The unique interactions kept me enraptured with the book, Juneau is so openminded and willing to absorb all she can from the future and the pack. She takes time to really learn them for who they are without judging their quirks, their past or their personality, which sees their individual and pack relationships flourish. The pack encounters a hardship but we see how they work together protectively for each other to overcome it all.
I am thoroughly invested in what Calliope Stewart will bring in this series and look forward to the next omegas through time book.
