there are a few book groups on facebook that you can buy them on, they take cash or money orders and some use paypal. My book group is (All things Love Inspired/Harlequin/Heartsong ONLY...) or there is (Christian Fiction/non-fiction Book Swap and Sell) pretty sure you would find them in either of these groups
