Now that three years have passed since this response, is The Extraordinaires series still on hold?
It's pretty much moved from the 'pending' basket to the 'we've moved on' basket, sadly. The publisher needed better sales to justify a third volume.
While the ebooks are still selling some publishers are reluctant to relinquish rights. A social media campaign to impress the publishers could help, but once they've moved on they don't tend to look back. It's sad.
So book 3 never? man, I finished reading the first one today! I'm gonna be very mad when I finish book 2...
I'm very sorry for your loss of creative control.
It's sad, and not what I'd planned. Kingsley and Evadne had more adventures in store ...

It seems like every series is halted, Any way to get back the rights to Extraordinaires or Ghost Town and self-publish the sequels? Anything we can do??
