Well I'm sure y'all have noticed that it's been a while since I have finished one of our books. I can proudly say that I breezed right through this one. I needed to know how Melinda's story ended. Did she ever tell anyone? Did she come out of her shell of shame? Did she start practicing more self-care? All of my questions kept me going. I hope you pick it up so we can talk about it.

Samesies. Maybe get it from the library? It's so short. I'm halfway through. It's like 198 pages.

Jesus Grace, get your shit together. 😂😘

So this is a last minute pick. It's short and I've heard it's quite impactful. That sounds like a good way to start the year if you ask me. Open to hearing picks for the coming months. Still unsure how I will balance reading with work, but I am willing to try.

I'm sorry that we didn't have a book for this month. I don't think I've told y'all, but I got a job! I haven't been able to do much reading since I started last month, but I hope we can get back on track. I'm open to suggestions for December. Preferably something in paperback already so I can take it to work in my purse. ;)

It really is, but I still love Caraval's cover more.
Darcy wrote: "Oh ok, this book is really good. I can't wait for the sequel!"Did you see the cover reveal for it?

Thirst by Christopher Pike is pretty good. A different take on vampires in my opinion, but you have to keep in mind it was written in the 90's I believe.

I don't think anyone has their copy yet.

It doesn't. I have an ARC.

Right now I'm reading Batman Nightwalker by Marie Lu.

Has anyone ordered their copy yet?!
