I found my reread of I, Robot, disappointing, but Foundation really held up for me. (There are fewer female characters, which ironically makes the sexism less grating, although I did not appreciate the fact that in Asimov's world, every single woman can be easily placated on any subject by tossing a little jewelry in her direction.)
