So I read this book a while ago and I was looking back through my notes and noticed I never submitted my review. So Tony and Charlie they are my new version of Bonnie and Clyde but more sympathetic and touching. Connie, he's a hitman who loves Charlie, she's a florist. They meet at the most perfect and imperfect time of their life. They are drawn together due to a violent circumstance and Connie falls more in love with Charlie than ever.

I kept thinking I'd missed something - had Conrad saved Charlie in the past? Had she been an innocent victim at one of his hits? Was there an earlier book I hadn't read? Nope. There seemed to be absolutely no good reason for him to be creepily stalking her, sitting outside her flower shop for over a year without ever going inside to talk to her.
