This book is standard Michio Kaku. He starts off discussing the three classes of impossibilities. (Understand that much of what you would think of as impossible is not really impossible. In order to be proven impossible it must break a law of physics, there is not much that does.)

I actually liked Hyperspace more, but that's a hard one to beat. Still, a solid 5 stars. It's very readable and packed with information.
This was not a debunking book. For example, Kaku just barely covered what most people consider "telepathy", and instead concentrated on technologies like neuroimaging that may one day allow science to read minds.
