Shelves: 2022-reads, fmcharacter-badass, character-pirate, trope-found-family

I really wanted to like this but it was just meh.

The characters felt flat and other than Fable, the main female character, we practically know nothing about the rest of the crew so it was hard to get attached to any of them.

It has a fast pacing and it's an easy read with simple world building and magic system (if I can even call it that) but plot-wise there wasn't much going on.
