This book was... something.
It was good, yes. But when it wasn’t battle, it was tedious. Longgggg. I don’t take long to read a book, but this took me almost three days. I found it dragged, then rushed, then dragged, and so the cycle repeats itself.
I did like Lore’s character, but I just felt sometimes it was flat. We had GORE and VIOLENCE and ACTION and then nothing for ages. I just got to the point where I was thinking, I’m so done reading this, I need a new book.
