Love a great fantasy book in which Target still exists.

Holly Black has always been stellar and the start of this trilogy was fantastic. I loved every bit of this fantasy jump into the fae realm.
Jude has always wanted to be a knight for the King of fae to prove herself. Prince Cardan has made it his life's pride to torture her. But, when given the chance to win a place in the Court, Jude does whatever she must to seize it. Betrayal and secrets carry a lot of weight in the realm of the fae, but Jude has to make sure that weight doesn't destroy her.

Hand me a male antagonist who uses dry wit and a mask of cruelty to cover up any vulnerabilities with multiple books making him a three-dimensional, complex protagonist, and I am consumed. It's probably because I never got over the way Draco Malfoy was written in the end.
