I am reviewing this as a mum to a 5 year old boy, and as an Early Years Educator.
I loved it.
I brought it into the lounge for my son this morning, and told him he had a new book. He looked at the cover, read the title and laughed out loud at the penguin on the cover.
Bit of background, he has recently learnt how to read, but gets frustrated easily with words he doesn't recognise. But he was proud to have gotten through this one by himself, as the repeated questions helped solidify his knowledge, a ...more
