This book sucked ass.
I wasn't even going to write a review, but it's been a month since I finished it, so I'm finally working up my courage to write something.
If you were hoping for a sequel to The Selection that talked more about the attacks and the war, you will be immensely disappointed. The whole entire book is this America trying to choose between Maxon and Aspen. That's it. Th ...more

Sooo much tea in this one, america is kinda annoying but I still love her. Maxon is lowkey messier than I remember but I still LOVEEE him. Aspen reckless and boring. Like get a hobby. I forgot about all of the political undertones and messaging in these books, definitely not as powerful as in other series (like the hunger games) but some quotes
