This is probably my favorite cover out of the trilogy! Probably my favorite book out of the trilogy as well. The writing, as always, was amazing. Cassandra Clare never fails to write beautifully. She writes such amazing books with wonderful, spunky, witty, etc. characters that have your eyes glued to the page.

Omg how do I start this.
This series was like a journey through time to me. There were times when I forgot that this was 2014. I felt like I was there, experiencing whatever Tessa Grey experienced.
Right after I flipped the last page, an achingly painful realization came to me. The last time I felt like this was when I finished reading Allegiant by Veronica Roth. all the books to the series of the mortal instruments are creative, every book different but linked and has always a new adventure appearing while they proceed through the main challenge!
THE FEELS� Oh my goooosshhhh. I cried so much in the epilogue. SO MUCH. It was the perfect combination of sweet and sad. <3

Cassandra Clare's writing style flows beautifully and while reading I connected very easily to the emotions felt by the characters. Tessa was such a strong character in this book and her love for both Jem and Will was easily portrayed through her actions.

I am not a book crier but the end of this book had me in tears.
Absolutely love this book, and its series! Although I have to admit I may have cried at the ending, but the very end made the book in itself even better then ever.
