Enjoyable, but took me forever to get through. Kind of regretting that now - because I can totally see my teenage self gushing over it.
Still found it enjoyable as an adult and way behind the times of reading it. Will read the second and hope it continues to hold my interest!

Had I known I would be so addicted to NIGHTSHADE, I would have had the sequel, WOLFSBANE, on hand before the last page. I’ve read a few werewolf novels, but this one felt fresh and original.

I loved this world and these characters -aside from calla, and shay. they are so annoying. - but I could just not push past shay or calla they annoyed me and I was always 5 secs away from tearing up this book in annoyance. Im noy going to continue this trilogy, and it bothers me because I hate not ending it but I know I wont be able to stand it so whatever. I'm just sad that I wont read about Bryn, Ansel, and Ren but Ill livee. ...more

3 stars for me. It was a nice and quick read. I liked the story but not really the romance\triangle thing. I don’t know if I’ll continue the series...🤔
Wow I loved this book!!!! Once I picked it up I couldn't put it down yes it's 3 am but I'm sooooo tempted to start on book 2! I'm so Team Ren I love him..... The Nightshade Series is a must for my Bookshelf!
