It seems I had expectations and I didn't know it. This was bellow them in many ways, not only is the story a bit dull and predictable, no character is all that interesting for me to want to follow them along, still, I promised I would participate in the buddy-read and I do keep my promises. ...more

I usually don't write reviews about books because I just don't feel like it or because it wasn't a really memorable book worth of making me review it, BUT OH MY GOD THIS BOOK WAS GOOD.
It's been such a long time since a YA book had me so hooked, I just couldn't get enough of it, I had to know what would happen next. I think it took me like 2 days to finish it (and that was way to fast for my liking).
I just can't wait to read the next book and I hope it is as good as this one. ...more

“There’s always something left to lose.�
Hace buen tiempo que querÃa comenzar la trilogÃa pero creÃa que no iba a ser para mÃ,por suerte estaba equivocada. Fue justo el libro que necesitaba, una lectura ligera que no fuera tan descriptiva pero que no me dejara parar de leer. Amo a Jude Duarte me parece una gran protagonista , y creo que la complejidad de su vida y sus decisiones fue lo que hizo que me gustara tanto su personaje.
