the books in this trilogy are taking the habit of making me snore through the first 2/3 and then the last part it's like boom zip zap and -the end-. I don't know if that makes sense.

This book deserves 3 stars, there was a lot of set up for the future and nothing major happened till around 90% but that ending that last chapter, it blew my mind and next book has the potential to be amazing!

I have mixed feelings about this saga. The book's pace was better than its predecessor but some storylines were not very engaging, like the mer world. Once again, the book could have been shorter, no need for 800 pages. Many things happen out of the blue even though they are explained at a later time. Some characters were unpleasant. The Danika storyline is neverending. I'm not sure I liked the crossover in the end. Let's see where that goes. I also have to point out that the main mating bond se
