I love the ideas on this book, they are so important and incredibly relevant. As a woman I love that this type of series is out there now. But I do think its a bit heavy handed in how the concepts are presented, the execution of it does not really allow for much interpretation or further thinking on what's been said and the actions portrayed, and I understand that maybe is to make it more impactful for the YA demographic.

This book feels very unnecesary. The only thing that moves the plot happens almost by the end.
I understand what the author wants to convey but the execution feels like a bull in a china shop.
