What Members Thought
Once again an author who didn't quite live up to the hype.
I'd read a lot of good things about Leigh Bardugo's writing, (I hadn't actually read any specific reviews prior to starting Shadow and Bone) but for me this was another typical YA; where everything has been so watered down it's practically translucent.
I was really hoping for something more...something better.
Many introverted book lovers will most likely be able to relate to the protagonist on a couple of things, but that's about it.
