I really didn't want to finish this book. I had been anticipating it since the last one came out and then as soon as I started it I lost interest. Kelley Armstrong is my favourite author but lately I've been feeling like her books all follow the same formula, with versions of the same characters. I'm not going to lie, I was bored for 75% of this book, and then just when I started getting into it again it became a convoluted mess. I don't know what to tell you. I love how we are getting to know more of the people in town. I'm wondering though how the townspeople don't realize by now that this whole town is messed up. It feels like most the people there aren't the survivors they claim to be. Really, things are getting intense. ...more
