What an absolute pleasure! This is the most exquisite novel about nothing and everything at the same time. The richness of imagery and thoughts, the descriptions, and judgements (yes! yes!) mirroring what I've often thought myself about people.

This was my first Woolf, reading this after my wife's recommendation and infected by her gestures of delectation. And I will look for more!
