Great book. I first read this book in the 5th grade, I was so caught up in the vocabulary words our teacher made up look up that were in this book that I missed the meaning of the book. First, this book was too much for a 5th grader. Too much. Sensory overload. I then read it again in 9th grade. From then on it has been one of my true loves. I love this book, I read it every year. It puts things in perspective and it grounds you in that no one is perfect, above it all and yes prejudice-this one
