Okay, so I was really looking forward to this one because I LOVED the first book. I definitely liked this one but I felt like it was a little bit slow and repetitive at times and that the author could have done a lot more with the book. I was kind of disappointed that the whole book was leading up to a "stand-off" of sorts and it ended in about 2 pages. I read the previous books before this one when they came out and enjoyed them but I didn’t fall in love with the series it just didn’t pull at me the way some other series do so I’m a year behind in reading this series and that’s ok with me.
Although I enjoyed most of Archangel’s Kiss I found it to be slow going and at times like trying to pull a splinter out of your thumb, which was frustrating because just when it starts to pick up or you think it’s about it pick up it slows back down again. Ho ...more

Hmmm this book was a disappointment after the first one. It was certainly entertaining and has a compelling story which made it easy to read.
But there was a lot more sex in it then the previous one. Also many of the sex scenes were almost identical.
Ususually what I love so much about Nalini Singh is her incredibly fleshed out worlds. The sexy characters just make it that more interesting.
Sadly this book ended up being much more about the sex and left out a lot of the interesting world stuff.
