I loved this world. Such an interesting take on Vampires. I appreciate the vampire is not the hero or anti hero he is in fact a monster.
I honestly didn’t think I could read a book with the lead females name Honoria. I just detest it. But the writing is fantastic I didn’t want to put this down. Fantastic world building and some great characters. Once I started I just couldn't put it down. McMaster has a gift for bringing this incredibly rich world to life.

I was crazy about steampunk years ago but seemed to fade after a while, less available books I imagine. It’s a fascinating world and the romance is hot and sweet in places. I will enjoy re-reading this amazing series.
