Note: The book blurb is horrible, misleading, and does more harm than good. The story is much more complex than it implies. I think the only reason that I was able to like this book is because the author does not let anyone off the hook, nor does she try to convince us to do so. The rape is rape; that is not forgotten at any point.

OMG I want a sequal right now!!! Aahhh I love this book so much and I'm still crying. It was such a beautiful heart breaking story and obviously my favourite thing about this book was Kaden lol. Oh Kaden Kaden Kaden! Apart from being one sexy mofo what I loved about him was his mysteriousness and that deep down he's a good man. I have no idea what I was expecting- but it wasn't this. It is BETTER! It begins with a murderous hit-and-run(ish), simmers down to a ransom, and ends with (get this!) romance! Wow! I don't have any way to summarize this book better. I fell in love with the main characters Raleigh and Kaden. (And I LOVE their names!) When love begins with being held against your will, where can it go? ...more
