I wanted to like this book a little more than I did, and I am having trouble writing this review because I am of two minds.
The first problems is more my personal issue - that's the use of commas. Gottschalk doesn't overuse commas; he leaves some out (it should be noted that some of the commas he leaves out are the ones before and - this rule is currently in debate. Guess which side ...more
