Easy-reading & amusing, I enjoyed this first book in the Rosie Ryan series & would be happy to read the next one. I love the setting in Cape Carson on the Victorian coast where there seems to be a festival of 'something' every week - cupcakes, rock & roll, books, zombies, sci-fi.
Rosie & Nan are entertaining characters, & I like the new policeman in town, Todd Parker. Trixie & Rocky are delightful, too. If Trixie is going to play a vital part in the investigations, then Rosie should pay more atte ...more
