Through the author’s pen we are given an insight into the Word of God and how it applies to everyday life, and we soon see how hard it is for the rich to give up and follow.

This story had so many facets to it - What is true love like, and is it important? Will our faith change our actions toward others? Should money and/or social status be a priority in life? How important is forgiving others? Christian historical fiction fans will not be disappointed in this beautiful plot.
