Wonderfully written and beautifully drawn. This is the origin story of Thorgal. The writer is Belgian, the artist is Polish, and the character was introduced in a French language magazine in 1976. It all took off from there to span a mega comic series with several spin offs. English language versions were put out in the 80s, and several reprints and publishers continue to translate.
