3 1/2 stars, if I may. Very, very dark, but a good book. Saw the movie, too, but the book (as always!) was better...the movie kept a lot of the same scenes and hit the feel of the book, but had to take so much out and rearrange I don't think you got the same experience from it as you did the book.
Has anyone read #2? Not sure if I want to. And it looks like they set up the movie so there couldn't be a sequel. ...more
