This was the sixth installment in The Dresden Files Series and I could not put it down.

An adult film producer finds himself the target of some dark magic curse, which is causing the women in his life to be killed. Harry goes undercover on the set of the latest film shoot to see if he can get to the bottom of what's happening and find whoever it

Murphy is dealing with her family and the pressure they put on her to live up to their expectations, Thomas is dealing with being on the outs with his family (we get to meat his father and sisters) and Harry is coming to terms with not having any family left. The mystery was interesting to me and liked getting to know Murphy and Thomas a bit be ...more

Dresden is hired by Arturo Genosa, who makes adult films, to find our who set an entropy curse on him that is killing women close to him. Harry also is being attacked by the vampire Marva and the Black Court and is trying to find a way to take her out. There are lots of developments in Harry's family situation and we get more information about Murphy. The book has a great opening scene which leaves Harry in possession of a puppy, later named Mouse. I hope Mouse is in plenty of future books. I li ...more
