I am going to start this review by stating that I do not often pick up short story collections. Despite that, this book was short and a group read selection for one of my GR groups. And, when I got it from the library, I found that it is a small book also, thus a quick read.

the narration of this book is good and I enjoyed the short stories of an elderly woman who will brook no disturbance to her life. I t was a very quick and easy read but I am not tempted to read more about the elderly lady

🎧 Audiobook Review 🎧

I've seen this book around but I have to admit that the cover didn't call to me so I never really looked into this. However, as I found the audiobook and it was quite short and fits a couple of challenges *wink wink*, I gave it a go and what a surprise!
